Teleportation Grimoire

To demonstrate the capabilities of the framework, the following basekit weapon is included:

Teleportation Grimoire  
A balanced, craftable grimoire that allows the user to teleport in multiple directions using the Hotbar System.

- Abilities support directional teleportation
- Teleports can be amplified (e.g. doubled distance)
- Fully integrated with the ability hotbar system

This ability bar belongs specifically to the Teleportation Grimoire.  

Primary And Secondary attacks are basic melee attacks
