FractureMsgs is a lightweight Hytale mod that lets servers handle announcements and welcome messages automatically, without relying on player commands or heavy systems.

Everything is fully server-managed and config-driven. Messages are defined once in a simple announcements.json file, and the server takes care of the rest. No permissions to manage, no commands to remember, and no unnecessary features getting in the way.
