Daguz Time Control adds a simple and natural way to pass the daytime in Hytale.
Just as a bed allows you to sleep through the night, this mod lets you sit down and watch the day pass until evening.
No special furniture, complicated commands, or new game mechanics are required. Simply use an ordinary chair.
The goal is to make time control feel like a natural part of Hytale.
How It Works

Sit on any regular chair during the day.

A small menu appears with two options:

Pass the Day – Fast-forward to evening.

Sit Normally – Remain seated without changing time.

When you choose to pass the day, the screen gradually fades to black.

The camera moves to a view of the sky, where you can watch the sun travel across the sky as time passes.

At evening, the screen fades out again and returns you to your character, still sitting in the chair.
The entire daytime transition takes approximately 10 seconds.
At night, chairs behave normally, and beds retain their original sleeping functionality.

Standalone Mod: Does not require Daguz Core or any other Daguz mod.
The mod does not change the normal length of a Hytale day or increase the speed of player movement and combat.
Installation
Place the Daguz Time Control JAR file in your Hytale mods folder and enable it for your world.
No additional dependencies are required.
Tested in singleplayer with Hytale 0.7.4.
Other Daguz Mods
Daguz Time Control is part of the growing Daguz mod series. Each mod is designed to extend Hytale's existing mechanics while preserving the original gameplay experience.
Introduces animal genetics, inherited traits, natural mutations, growth stages, and selective breeding. Build your own breeding lines and improve your animals over generations.
Adds livestock management and automated butchering. Create managed farms, protect selected breeding animals, control herd populations, and collect resources in connected chests.
The shared foundation for Daguz animal-related mods. Handles common animal information, genetics, and data management to ensure compatibility between Daguz Selective Breeding and Daguz Butcher Tool.
Daguz Core is required by Selective Breeding and Butcher Tool, but not by Daguz Time Control.

Daguz Time Control was created with one simple idea: adding a useful feature that feels like it has always belonged in Hytale.
The mod has been successfully tested in singleplayer, including its cinematic transitions and interaction with animal growth and breeding cooldowns.
Please note that multiplayer functionality has not yet been tested. The mod is designed to require all players in the same world to agree before time advances, but this still needs testing in a multiplayer environment.
