Changes:

  • /chatdisable now uses subcommands: /chatdisable global|local|msg (alias /cdb) with per‑channel blocking.
  • Chat warnings configuration feedback is now red.
  • Chat debug output is replaced with a clean, colorized status block that appears above chat messages when debug is on.

New Features:

  • /chatdebug alias: /cdg.
  • Debug now shows: current mode, global/local lock status, private message lock, chatadmin/admin‑op status, warning minutes, and ping.

Fixes:

  • /chatwarning visibility now respects admin/op and chatadmin users, while execution is restricted to chatadmins only (with a short guidance message).
  • Private messages are correctly blocked when /chatdisable msg is active.
  • Admin/op detection improved (permissions group fallback).
