BetterClaim is a territory claiming mod for Hytale servers. Protect chunks from outsiders, manage parties with a full GUI, view claims on the world map, set personal homes, and manage everything under a single command: /bc

Main Features
- Interactive territory map — open
/bc to see nearby chunks, claim/unclaim with clicks, and view a live terrain map background
- Chunk protection — block place, break, and interact restrictions configurable per party
- Party system — create parties, invite members, transfer ownership, kick, leave, and disband
- Allies system — add player or party allies with separate permission settings
- Party GUI — customize protection, interaction rules, claim color, and member permissions without commands
- Territory activity log — open LOGS in the party GUI to review recent party and claim actions per member (owners see all members; members see only their own log)
- World map overlay — claimed chunks appear on the Hytale world map (can be disabled in config)
- Particle borders — soft glow markers along external chunk borders when you are near claimed territory
- Playtime claim gain — earn bonus claim chunks over time (configurable)
- Personal homes — set multiple homes inside your claims with cooldown
- Zone titles & entry sounds — optional notifications when entering claimed areas
- SQLite persistence — claims, parties, homes, player data, and activity logs saved per world

Installation
- Download BetterClaim-x.x.x.jar from the Files tab
- Place the JAR in your server's mods/ folder (or your Hytale user mods folder for singleplayer)
- Start the server, config is generated at plugins/BetterClaim/config.json
- Use /bc in-game to open the territory map
Commands
Main command: /bc (alias: /betterclaim)
Use /bc help anytime for the full in-game command list.
Player Commands
- /bc — Opens the territory claim map GUI
- /bc claim — Claims the chunk you are standing in
- /bc unclaim — Unclaims the chunk you are standing in (must be owner)
- /bc party — Opens the party management GUI
- /bc party create — Creates a new party
- /bc party invite <player> — Invites a player to your party
- /bc party accept — Accepts your most recent party invite
- /bc party decline — Declines your most recent party invite
- /bc party kick <player> — Removes a member from your party
- /bc party leave — Leaves your current party
- /bc party transfer <player> — Transfers party ownership
- /bc party disband — Disbands your party (claims are kept)
- /bc sethome <name> — Sets a home at your current location (inside your claim)
- /bc home <name> — Teleports to a saved home
- /bc delhome <name> — Deletes a saved home
- /bc homes — Lists your saved homes

Notes
- Disbanding a party keeps claims — they remain owned by individual players.
- Database location: universe/BetterClaim/BetterClaim.db (inside your world save)
- Party activity logs keep the last 50 entries per party (SQLite).
