
BetterClaim is a territory claiming mod for Hytale servers. Protect chunks from outsiders, manage parties with a full GUI, view claims on the world map, set personal homes, and manage everything under a single command: /bc

Hub and claim map

BetterClaim hub (/bc): open claim map, party settings, or create a party.

Hub while you are already in a party (Create party hidden).

Claim map: terrain background, left-click claim / right-click unclaim, chunk counter.

Saved deny zones (orange outline on the claim map) next to your claims (blue).
Party

Party settings: name, description, members, allies, VIEW / LOGS / party color.

Party color page — tint updates on /bc and the world map (M).

Non-members permissions — what visitors may do in your chunks.

Member permissions — per-member overrides inside the party.

Activity log — recent claim/party actions per member.
Admin and deny zones

Main Features

- Particle borders: soft glow markers along external chunk borders when you are near claimed territory
- Playtime claim gain: earn bonus claim chunks over time (configurable)
- Personal homes: set multiple homes inside your claims with cooldown
- LuckPerms-ready: optional LuckPerms mod; dynamic limit nodes use inherited group permissions when present
- World claim blacklist: block claiming in configured world names
- Tamed entity and bucket protection: configurable outsider rules inside claims
