Fixed

• /bc party transfer: admins with betterclaim.admin.party can now transfer any party to one of its members. New messages when the target already owns the party or is not in any party
• Mobs, falls, fire and other non-player damage hurt players inside party claims again. The party PvP setting only blocks attacks from players, arrows included
• Admins with /bc admin override active can hit players inside claims that have PvP off
• Saving party settings no longer wipes the party activity log
• The last party slot can be filled again. A party with maxPartyMembers set to 3 used to stop at 2 members
• /bc home no longer teleports you into a chunk you no longer own. You get a message instead
• Explosions see claims created or removed a moment ago
• Your own explosives can damage your own claim even when you are not the party owner
• Moving the color picker no longer changes the party color. The color changes only when you press Save
• Admins editing a party through /bc admin party can change member permissions, outsider settings and the party color
• Party screens check permissions on the server for every action. A modified client can no longer kick members or cancel invites of another party
• Malformed clicks on the claim map and party screens are ignored instead of throwing errors
• Pet protection, container refills and claim border effects use the right block at negative coordinates
• The party owner's last activity is saved when they disconnect, so inactivity timers start from that moment
