Description

Gather resources, build full-size rockets and begin a finite-fuel expedition to Lune.
Early development — some features may be incomplete or may not work as expected. Back up your world and player data before upgrading.
Build the next voyage
- Gather home-world nickel and oil shale, then use fueled native processors to make plates, coils, rocket parts and propellant cells.
- Assemble a 25×25 launch platform with joined decking and a separate control panel. Select a rocket to reveal its ghost blueprint and contribute resources toward construction.
- Build Odyssey Heavy or Kestrel Stack, fuel the ship and reserve enough propellant for the return. The current round trip costs 6,000 outbound + 3,000 homeward.
- Select Lune on the clickable top-down destinations chart. Press Esc to hide it in orbit and type /astral-map to reopen it. ABORT LAUNCH cancels an active departure.
- Craft and upgrade a space suit, collect portable oxygen and use canisters or an Oxygen Diffuser away from breathable air.
- Explore Lune for titanium and aluminium. Use the Planetary Masonry Bench to turn planetary materials into building parts.
Rockets at their full native scale

Kestrel Stack stands about 123 blocks high. The 25-block-wide pad and nearby workshop equipment give a sense of its scale.

Odyssey Heavy stands about 97 blocks high. Both photographs show actual Hytale 0.7.4 gameplay. The visible exteriors surround a compact control anchor; there is no walkable cabin or aerodynamic freeflight.

Touch down on Lune

An actual saved lunar landing with the upper stage, terraced regolith and a star-filled sky. Flight, passenger movement and landing presentation are still being refined.

Compatibility and installation
Hytale 0.7 support line, declared server range >=0.7.3 <0.8.0, Java 25. Local gameplay checks used 0.7.4; the coarse CurseForge 0.7 tag does not mean every patch has been tested. Read the selected file's notes before downloading.
With the game or server stopped, put the downloaded Astral Reach JAR in UserData/Mods, remove older Astral Reach JARs, and enable AstralReach in the world's Mods settings. No separate resource ZIP is required.

Current limits
Passenger movement, camera comfort and landing presentation may be rough. Full survival acquisition, human visual/listening acceptance and actual multiplayer verification remain open. Lune is the implemented destination; later landing routes are locked. Oxygen, suit and construction systems are still being refined. Keep experimental saves with their matching backups.
