Cosmetic Thrall NPC

New features:
- Added a dedicated CosmeticThrall wheel icon menu (CosThrallConfig). Use it to access feature toggles and Patrol Mode waypoint controls.
- Weapon equip/unequip is now a toggle. In Follow, Guard, and Patrol modes, the Thrall will stay armed at all times when the toggle is enabled. (Harvest and Hauling modes are excluded.)
- Patrol Mode added. Use Add Patrol WayPoint to register waypoints and Clear Patrol WayPoints to remove them all. The Thrall will loop through waypoints in order.
- Waypoints can now be placed while possessing the Thrall. Access Add/Clear Waypoint from your own wheel icon during possession — works the same as the Thrall's CosThrallConfig menu.

Bug fixes:
- Fixed a collision bug where Thralls seated on chairs would fall through the floor after the host rejoined the session.
