    - Fixed issues #9 and #10 (caused by an API function that was removed  by Blizzard)
    - Removed a local function that would migrate old settings but was now causing the fix for issues #9 and #10 to fail
    - Removed old settings variables from TOC
    - Added [Apply] and [Cancel] button to the add-on options dialog because Blizzard removed them
    - Updated version in TOC to 30402
    - Included updated version of LibTourist-Classic
