An addon to modify the default Blizzard Action Bars without creating new bars. Upcoming Midnight changes have many UI mods being abandoned due to extensive changes. This is an attempt to provide the same bar options from popular addons but using the built-in Action Bars and just modifying the frame variables which should continue to work in Midnight.

This addon uses the built-in action bars and changes the existing WoW textures to give them a more modern look. 

Everything else is Blizzard built so that there is no extra logic for making new bars or trying to modify secure functions. This allows you to use hold-to-cast options and macros and should have almost no impact on performance.

Current options include:

• Enable a backdrop for bars with color and size options
• Enable slot backgrounds with color and border options
• Enable Out-Of-Range and Cooldown overlays
• Reposition and customize Keybinding/Hotkey, Charge/Count, and Macro Name text fields
• Switch between button styles: Square, Rounded, Circle, Hexagon, etc
• The ability to create and share profiles
• Option to have a different theme all bars when in combat
• Option to pick different profiles for each bar
• Options available via Esc->Options->AddOns->zBarButtonBG or via command /zbg

Upcoming:

• API to register a theme so author can add button styles
