YAKL — Yet Another Kill Log

YAKL is a compact, persistent combat-event viewer for World of Warcraft, inspired by the classic EavesDrop addon. It gives you an easy-to-read timeline of what happened to you and what you did—without requiring a full damage-meter window.

Use it as a narrow vertical combat feed, expand it for detailed review, or switch views to analyze recent fights, targets, and personal spell records.

Five Ways to Review Combat

• Live Feed — A chronological, action-focused list of damage, healing, misses, and other combat events.
• Split View — Separates incoming and outgoing activity while preserving the flow of combat.
• Dual Stream — Places incoming events on the left and outgoing events on the right. Its compact layout works especially well as a narrow vertical feed.
• Summary — Reviews damage by fight and target, with clickable spell drilldowns and incoming-damage breakdowns.
• Spell Records — Tracks your largest normal and critical results for damage done, healing done, damage taken, and healing taken.

• Records recent fights and keeps a configurable number across logout and reload.
• Retains between 100 and 2,000 events per fight.
• Tracks damage, healing, misses and avoided attacks, buffs, debuffs, aura fades, power gains, pet events, deaths, and other useful events.
