Description
A lightweight, configurable leveling tracker for players who want to analyze their pace and look at the raw numbers. It works right out of the box, but gives you plenty of room to tune what it tracks. With few more ideas on my todo list.
What it tracks:
- Mob kills, quests, dungeons, and battlegrounds with separate xp brackets.
- Exploration XP
- Detailed session history (/xtlf history):
Zone progression (time spent, XP earned, and visit order)
Player deaths, including killer name, ghost runback time, and death pins (Death Marks) on the map
Solo vs. party breakdown (time and XP split by group size from 1 to 5)
Speedrun splits, personal bests, and leveling pace curves
Net gold per level and mount savings projections
Chronological event timeline for each level
Side-by-side run comparisons across your alts
FAQ
How does this differ from the original XToLevel?
This is a fork of version 335_14r by Atli Þór (R4d1o4ct1v3_). Main additions include:
- A full leveling history dashboard (/xtlf history) with multi-character comparisons.
- Three Time-to-Level calculation modes, including a finished version of the "Kill range" mode left incomplete in the original 335_14r code.
- AFK detection so idle time doesn't ruin your stats (toggleable).
- Separate XP/hour tracking for mob kills vs completed quests.
- Various bug fixes and performance cleanups across older features.
Why not just make an entirely new addon?
Because the original XToLevel UI is great. The LDB display is clean, minimal, and does exactly what it needs to do without cluttering your screen. I've used it for years, and instead of reinventing the wheel with a brand new addon, I just wanted to bring the backend up to date and add the analytics I was missing.
Will this break my existing XToLevel setup?
No. It uses its own folder name, saved variables database, and slash commands (/xtlf). It won't overwrite or touch your original XToLevel data, though it also can't import old saved data from it.
