Xal's Warchest - Changelog

I built the Keep so Reins, Warchest, Emporium and Armoire can live in one window instead of four separate ones, and this update gets Warchest ready for it. If you have the Keep installed, Warchest now tucks in under it: one minimap button and one zone alert for the whole collection, and the zone alert opens Warchest right on the Zone tab. If you don't have the Keep, nothing changes. It's also updated for the current live patch and the upcoming test-realm patch. Thanks for being part of the Xal family.

Xal's Armoire handles the armor side of transmog, and I kept wishing there was something that did the same for weapons. There are thousands of weapon looks out there, and it's easy to walk right past one you could have picked up in the zone you're standing in. So I built Warchest to tell you which ones you're still missing and exactly where each one comes from, whether that's a boss, a vendor, a quest, a profession or an achievement. Every source in it was checked against the real thing, not guessed. This is the first release, and I hope it helps you finish the weapons you've been chasing. 🆕 New

• The Weapons to Collect window (/xwc) lists every weapon appearance you still don't own, with search, a weapon-type filter, and Zone, All, Raids and Dungeons tabs.
• The Zone tab shows only the weapons you can get in the zone you're standing in.
• Click any weapon to see where it comes from - which items grant it, who sells it, which quest or achievement rewards it, which boss drops it - with a Wowhead link.
• Where each weapon comes from is researched and checked, not guessed: 9,779 entries across drops, vendors, quests, professions and achievements.
• My Collection (/xwc collection) shows everything you already own, across all weapons or one type at a time.
• A floating chest icon appears while you're in a zone with weapons left to get, with a count of how many. You can move it, resize it, hide it, or reset its position from settings.
• A minimap button: left-click opens the tracker, right-click opens settings.
• A settings window with a sidebar, matching the rest of Xal's addons.
• If you have Xal's Keep installed, the tracker opens inside it as one of its tabs.
