M+ HUD: hover the deaths to see who died
- Hovering the Deaths line in the Mythic+ timer now shows a per-player breakdown (who died and how often this run), class-coloured and sorted by count. Deaths are attributed via the combat log while a key is running; the listener is only active during a key, so it costs nothing otherwise.
