New: hide boss dialogue (Talking Head)

• New General-tab option "Show boss dialogue banners (Talking Head story tells)" (on by default). Uncheck it to hide Blizzard's NPC/boss dialogue banners (portrait + quote) everywhere - both the top and bottom positions.

Bloodlust tracker fix (again)

• The "Lust used" (Sated) countdown no longer stays stuck after a run. It's now hidden whenever you're not inside a dungeon/raid (checked continuously), so it clears even if a completion event was missed or you reloaded after leaving the instance.

My Alts fix

• Fixed phantom "+NR" raid locks showing after reset day. Recently-reset raids that the game still reports with stale progress/boss-kill flags are no longer counted as locked; only raids with a live reset timer (or Blizzard's real locked flag) count.
• The Refresh button now pulls a fresh lockout scan of your current character instead of only re-reading the last cached snapshot.
