Auto-published commit 4f3dfd5 Applicants: stop auto-open from popping the window back after you close it
Add a dismissed flag: once you close the Applicants window it stays closed on every following applicant/roster update, instead of being forced back to the front (and, inline, forcing the whole addon open). Opening it yourself or creating a new listing re-arms auto-open. Auto-open no longer force-shows the main window in inline mode.
