Auto-published commit e230998 LFG: persist every filter change per character (popout toggles, dungeons, sort, ignored leaders)

The save/load infra was per-character already, but only the toolbar Key/Rio boxes and the Reset button called saveFilterToDB(). Difficulty/Require/Region/ Playstyle checkboxes, the dungeon checks (incl. Check/Uncheck all), the column sort and the right-click ignore-leader toggle mutated the live filter only, so those choices were lost on logout/reload. Persist at each mutation point.
