Fixed

  • Chat Cursor & Padding: Resolved a deep WoW engine issue where typing in the custom chat edit box would cause the text cursor to disappear or channel names to overlap. The addon now natively intercepts Blizzard's internal SetTextInsets method to guarantee a safe, cursor-friendly text padding without triggering UI redraws.
  • Strict Opt-In Rule: Fixed a bug where the Battle.net Toast button and Chat EditBox were slightly repositioned upon login even if the custom UI features were completely disabled. The addon now strictly ignores these frames unless explicitly activated in the settings.
  • Font Initialization Crash: Fixed a rare Lua error (Font not set) caused by a race condition when third-party chat addons triggered text events before the character counter font was fully loaded.
  • BNet Toast Alignment: Increased the dynamic vertical spacing of the Quick-Join Toast button to 68px to completely prevent it from clipping into the chat edit box when positioned at the top.
