Addon 0.3.5 — October 17, 2026

IMPORTANT: THE WINDOWS DESKTOP APP IS REQUIRED

This download contains only the game addon. Install or update the free WOWGLING desktop translator to 0.3.0-beta17 from wowgling.com, and keep it running while playing. The Windows installer also includes this addon. No separate glossary download is needed.

• Adds game-side readiness and acknowledgement signals for optional automatic sending and whisper targeting. In Automatic mode, Enter on your own draft in the desktop composer translates it, then attempts to paste and send it in the selected WoW channel. Manual review/paste remains available.
• Supports Enter-to-composer routing with the desktop app when the game input is empty, the addon signal is available, and you are out of combat. Other game controls are unaffected.
• Moves the default minimap button position lower to reduce overlap with the group-finder button. Your existing custom position is preserved.
• Keeps local translation, client-language addon text, and WoW: Forever and Retail support. On Retail, game restrictions can pause reception during raid boss encounters and Mythic+ runs.

After updating an already-loaded addon, run /reload in WoW. Automatic input stops if its checks fail and does not blindly resend uncertain attempts. Desktop beta17 also adds recovery when a model requires a newer Ollama version.
