Price sharing between players

WoWfessions users can now share AH prices with each other automatically — no Auctionator or TSM required for nearby players.

• Players with Auctionator or TSM automatically broadcast material prices to party, raid, and guild members when opening a profession window
• Players without a price addon receive prices silently in the background and store them locally
• On login, players without price data automatically request prices from nearby WoWfessions users
• Received prices refresh the profession window instantly
• Broadcast cooldown of 2 minutes to prevent spam

Other improvements

• Window position is now saved on every drag and restored on login
• Minimap button tooltip no longer shows the version number or profession skill when no window is open
• Added /wf prices debug command to inspect what price data is currently stored
