First public Alpha for World of Warcraft: Forever. Not yet fully tested in the live client — please report problems on GitHub Issues.

New

• Chinese quest text in the quest windows: title, objectives, description, progress and completion. Optional bilingual mode.
• Chinese item, spell and NPC names in tooltips, plus spell descriptions and item Use/Equip effects, with the numbers the client shows.
• Chinese quest names in the quest log, objective tracker and NPC dialogs, and Chinese item names in quest objectives and rewards.
• One settings window (/wcn or the game's AddOns settings) with a master switch, separate quest/tooltip switches, font size, window scale and a movable window.
• Optional local recording of missing translation IDs, with a copy button.
• Bundled Chinese font.

Data (Forever 1.60.1.70532)

• 5,336 quests: qqytqqyt's Classic 1.15.9.1 translations plus Forever client quest-cache text (cache takes priority). Includes 873 Forever-new quests.
• 17,350 item names, 26,715 spell names, 9,489 spell/effect descriptions, 181 NPC names.

Known limits

• Some older quests may not match changed Forever text.
• Many quests have no progress/reward dialogue yet.
• Most NPC names are not covered.
• Effect lines whose values cannot be matched exactly stay in English.
• Missing translations keep the original text.

首个 Forever Alpha 测试版，尚未在正式客户端完整测试，问题请到 GitHub Issues 反馈。 新增任务汉化（标题、目标、描述、进行中与完成文本，可双语显示），物品、法术、NPC 悬停提示汉化，统一设置界面（/wcn），缺失 ID 记录与中文字体。 数据对应 Forever 1.60.1.70532：任务 5,336 条（含新增任务 873 个），物品名 17,350 个，法术名 26,715 个，法术与物品效果说明 9,489 组，NPC 名称 181 个。 部分旧任务可能与 Forever 改动不一致，不少任务缺少进行中/奖励对话，大多数 NPC 尚未覆盖。缺失时保留原文。
