Description

WoW Fitness

Play WoW, move your body, keep playing.

WoW Fitness turns what happens in your game into small real-life exercises. Accept a quest? 15 jumping jacks. Die to a boss? 20 burpees. Every event adds a challenge to your backlog, and you complete them whenever you're ready, between pulls, during a flight path or at the end of a dungeon.

The goal isn't to turn every session into a workout. It's to make sure every adventure in Azeroth gets your body moving a little in the real world.

Features

  • Automatic challenges from 20+ in-game events: quests, loot, rolls, travel, reputation, achievements, professions, dungeons, bosses, rares, level ups, deaths and full bags.
  • Hourly reminder: after every hour of play, a short routine to wake your body up (the interval can be changed).
  • Challenge backlog: challenges stack up and never expire. Mark each one Done or Remove it, or complete them all at once.
  • Dashboard: challenges completed, total reps, playtime today, completion rate, exercises by type, today's events, recent history and a 7-day chart.
  • This character / All characters: see your progress on the current character or across your whole account.
  • Fully customizable: turn any event on or off and choose up to 4 exercises and amounts per event, from a built-in list of 22 exercises (bodyweight, resistance band, cardio and mobility).
  • Clean on-screen alerts: a short message at the top of the screen and an optional sound. Inside dungeons, raids and battlegrounds you can choose text and sound, text only or silent.
  • Minimap button with a pending-challenge counter, plus a quick panel showing your latest challenges.
  • No countdowns, no pressure: WoW Fitness never shows timers ticking down. It only tracks what you've played and what you've done.

Commands

  • /wf – open or close the main window
  • /wf quick – open or close the quick panel
  • /wf test <EVENT> – create a test challenge (e.g. /wf test PLAYER_DEAD)
  • /wf help – list all commands

Notes

  • Each quest counts only once per character, so abandoning and re-accepting a quest won't create a new challenge.
  • Rare kills are counted when the rare is your target as it dies.
  • Zeppelins and boats are not detected yet.
  • Exercise at your own pace and listen to your body. Swap or disable anything that doesn't suit you.
