### Fixed
- Unchecking "Quick-Note a player on hover, not just when targeting" (Options > General) stopped doing anything for taps once the radial menu was enabled. A tap now reuses an identity the radial already captured early (to dodge a separate staleness issue), but that capture was gated by the Radial Menu tab's own hover setting instead of this one. A tap's captured identity is now resolved against the correct setting, independently of whichever one the radial wheel itself uses.
