What's new

Wishbound

0.1.2

  • You can start a list from a ready-made one instead of building it piece by piece: this season's Mythic+ set for your spec, with the tier and crafted gear already sorted out. Every spec has one.
  • The Plan tab shows all of your lists together, so you can see everything this character is after without switching between them. Click a list's chip to hide it.
  • Tier pieces can go on a list now. Raid bosses drop a token rather than the piece, so the Adventure Guide never showed them and there was no way to pick one.
  • When you catalyze an item, you now see the exact tier piece you would end up with, at the same stats and upgrade level. It no longer offers you pieces from last season's tier set.
  • Tier pieces you've already catalyzed are tracked one per stat pair. Before, a second catalyzed helm was thrown away, so the item you made it from still looked uncollected and the Plan sent you back to the boss for it.
  • Bonus rolls show up on the run where you used them, with a mark on the item you won. Prompts you clicked away are no longer counted as rolls.
  • Runs now record how long they took and whether you beat the timer.
  • Unfold a dungeon on the Plan tab and each item tells you how many runs it has cost you so far, so you can see that where you're choosing what to run.
  • The Voidcore panel reads the roll's real loot list, so the items it says you could win are the ones the game will actually offer. Change your loot spec while the prompt is open and it updates. Still experimental.
  • Your run history keeps what the place actually drops for you, plus anything on your lists, mounts and reagents. Healthstones, bags, keys and housing decor are gone from it, and so is warbound gear: that dropped for whichever character in your Warband wants it, not for the one who ran the key.
  • Items in your run history show the copy you actually looted, so the tooltip has the right item level instead of the base one.
  • "Additional items" is now "Alternatives", and a lot of the text around the addon has been rewritten.

0.1.1

  • New Runs tab: every dungeon and raid you finish, by day, with the key level, the loot spec you used and what you looted (items on a list are marked). Plus this week's totals and attempts per item.
  • Attempts count only runs where an item could actually have dropped for you: right place, a loot spec that can loot it, and after you added it. Collected items keep a permanent record of what they took.
  • The loot spec card now appears every time you enter, showing your loot spec and the recommended one, instead of staying silent when they already match.
  • /wb runs opens the tab; /wb runs log and /wb runs totals print in chat.

0.1.0 (first public release, beta quality)

  • Lists: named gear lists per spec, built by clicking slots on the List tab, Alt-click anywhere, the Adventure Guide star, or import (Wishbound string, SimC, item links).
  • Plan tab: where each missing item drops (dungeons with the loot spec to use, Great Vault & Voidcore, raid), and what's left on items you have (crests, Catalyst, crafting, enchants, gems, sockets).
  • Warband tab: which dungeon serves the most of your characters.
  • Tooltips, bag and character-sheet badges, loot spec card on entering a dungeon, drop alerts with a whisper button, Great Vault labels, SimC export.
  • Voidcore panel is EXPERIMENTAL and information only.
  • Tells you once per session when a guild or group member has a newer Wishbound; /wb status shows your version.
