Added 2 special channel: "M+ Chat" and "Raid Bossfight". They use a different method to send the texts, cause the normal way is now no longer possible in a m+ or during a raid bossfight. And they are limited to 100 messages in each category, as they use invisible buttons above each pre-formulated message line in the WhisperPeople window.
