WhereTfIsSquare-1.3.7.zip
What's new
1.3.7
- Click-through only applies while the ring is locked. Unlocked, the ring always takes the mouse, so you can drag it and click its segments whatever the setting says. Lock it and it goes fully transparent to the mouse, padlock included.
- That also means there is no way to strand yourself. Before, turning it on with the ring unlocked took away the padlock while you were still meant to be editing.
1.3.6
- One lock instead of two. Lock it in place and Lock the marks were separate settings doing half a job each. They are now a single lock: dark and closed means the ring cannot be dragged and the segments cannot be clicked, green and open means both.
- The padlock in the middle of the ring drives it, which is what it looked like it did already.
/wtf lockand the checkbox in the window do the same thing, and all three show the same state. - Shift-click the minimap button to lock or unlock without opening anything. Left-click is still the window, right-click still shows and hides the ring.
- If you had the marks locked before, the ring comes back locked. The two settings are folded into one on first load, and the old one is dropped.
1.3.5
- The ring can be made click-through. Tick Let clicks pass through in the window, or
/wtf ghost, and it stops taking the mouse entirely - put it over your character and click the mob standing behind it. - It takes the mouse off everything at once, not just the ring's background: the sixteen segments, the padlock and dragging all go with it, since any one of them left live would still swallow a click. The empty-segment dots hide too, because there is nothing to click them for.
- Turn it back off from the window or with
/wtf ghostagain. The padlock cannot do it, because the padlock is one of the things that stops taking clicks. - Inside an instance it also stops the ring being held north with the marks unlocked. That hold exists so the segments can be clicked, and with clicks off there is nothing to hold it still for.
1.3.4
- The ring goes up to a radius of 1000 now instead of 300, from the slider or
/wtf size N. The same ceiling applies to a layout arriving from your raid leader, so a big ring shares as a big ring rather than being cut to 300 on the way in. - Worth knowing at the top of that range: the dial behind the marks is a 512-pixel texture, so past about 400 the segment lines and the letters get visibly soft as they are stretched. The marks themselves stay sharp.
1.3.3
- The ring's shading has a slider now, Ring shading in the window or
/wtf disc Nfrom 0 to 100. It moves the disc behind the marks and the segment lines and letters together: at 0 there is no disc and no lines, just the marks on whatever is behind them, and at 100 it is a solid black disc with the lines and letters at full strength. - It passes through the old fixed look at 35, which is where it starts, so nothing changes until you move it.
- It is a personal setting, not part of a layout, so loading a profile or taking one from your raid leader never changes it.
1.3.1
One thing on top of 1.3.0.
- Ctrl-click a segment to empty it, rather than clicking through the remaining markers to reach empty. The tooltip says so while a segment has a mark on it. Plain left and right clicks still step forwards and backwards, and empty is still the step past skull, so nothing you already do changes.
- It goes through the same edit path as a normal click, so locked marks ignore it, and inside an instance the padlock still has to be open.
