Where Cursor (DMouse)

- Effects now have their own configuration menus (saves having multiple effects stacking up for variations on 1)

- Effects are now integrated into persistent vars

- Circle effects animation algorithms have been adjusted and tweaked allowing the user to achieve some interesting effects

- DTools.log created, accepts color hex as a 2nd command, handle multiple data types

- Drop down now only has 3 options

- Circles menu created, populated and integrated

- Target menu created, populated and integrated

- Fullscreen crosshair menu created, populated and intragrated

- Graphic for Target changed (removed circle as it was showing that the rotation was not perfect and thus the graphic / frame was not being rotated around the correct center point
