- Added full screen crosshair black & white, sizes 1, 2, 3 and 5 with custom x and y offsets for pixel accuracy

- Tested mouse align at different ui scales, ui scaling enabled, ui scaling disabled, found no issues, but did make some code cleanup and feature ability to have custom align function per effect

- Adjusted some of DTools functional capabilities

- Moved some variables around for easier and quicker future modification

- Moved menu drop down to top as that drop down list may become quite tall

- Added some menu text

- Added global transparency control to menu so you can control the visibility of the whole effect
