Beta Update

Competitive Sessions

• Reworked the competitive session setup flow

• Competitive sessions now require session details to be loaded before inviting another player or allowing someone to join

• Added custom session IDs for manual joins

• Added password protected competitive sessions

• Improved the invite and join flow for cross faction and cross realm competitive sessions

• Players can now join or invite through the competitive window or through the normal friends list flow

• Improved host rule syncing so both players are tracked under the same recording conditions

• Host recording rules now apply when accepting an invite and when manually joining a session

• Improved handling for host profiles when the joining player does not have the same profile locally

• Improved competitive session routing and request handling

• Cleaned up the competitive settings page

• Added clearer examples for Invite and Join input fields

• Invite mode now shows a player name format example

• Join mode now shows the required session format with ID, password, and host name

• Added clearer Join Code examples in the competitive settings

• Join Code help text now separates the example from the player’s actual session details

• Join Code help text now updates based on the entered Session ID and Password

• Blank Session ID and Password fields no longer treat placeholder text as real session information

Competitive Loot and Performance

• Fixed an issue where competitive loot rows could show item IDs instead of proper item names or links

• Competitive loot now requests item information when WoW has not cached the item yet

• Reduced unnecessary competitive loot table rebuilds

• Reduced unnecessary competitive loot sync checks

• Reduced unnecessary pricing refreshes during competitive sessions

• Improved Competitive Mode performance and reduced CPU usage during active sessions

• Fixed an issue where ending a competitive session on a non host player could create an empty reset breakdown entry

• Improved competitive session cleanup when ending, leaving, or unloading a session

General Fixes and Polish

• Fixed several competitive window alignment issues

• Fixed overlapping competitive UI panels

• Fixed cases where hidden competitive window elements could show through other pages

• Fixed frame lock and gripper display issues

• Improved Start, End, and Unload session behavior

• Fixed Unload acting like End Session in some cases

• Reset the default minimum session length requirement back to 0 minutes

• Updated the in game Overview changelog with the latest Competitive Mode changes

• General cleanup and stability improvements
