- fixed issue with addon "category" not properly displaying, changing to use RegisterCanvasLayoutCategory()

- RegisterAddonCategory() used in place of InterfaceOptions_AddCategory()

- Changed InterfaceOptions_AddCategory() for melee panel and hunter panel to use RegisterCanvasLayoutSubcategory()

- removed unused sliders in the SliderFactory function

- changed InterfaceOptionsFrame_OpenToCategory() function to use the new OpenToCategory() function.
