1.1.14 card can grow into the chat panel, tray arrow at the end, clickcast fix

new option to grow the command card into the chat panel. takes 2 to 4 columns a side from the chat down to its min, original 12 stay centered with their strip, sides get bars 4 and 5 three rows high, satchels take bar 6 if its on. no room, nothing changes
diag walk has 4 more shots of the grown card, centered, no slots, both, in every theme, with a check on each
tray arrow sits after the buttons now, old tray drags from before the stone placement get dropped
stop making ClickCastFrames ourselves, it failed the taint check. only list our buttons if a clickcast addon made it
