What's new

Changelog

v1.0 — Initial release (2026-10-16)

Guild roster

  • Shows your whole guild with class icons, class-colored names, levels and ranks.
  • Online members are listed first, then by rank. Offline members are dimmed.
  • Search by name, plus an Online only filter.
  • A green check marks members already in the raid plan, and hovering a name shows their details.

Raid planner

  • Supports all 9 TBC raids, with 2 groups for 10-man raids and 5 groups for 25-man raids.
  • Set a date and time, and keep notes for strategy and loot rules.
  • Fill groups by clicking names, choose a specific slot by clicking it first, or drag and drop people between slots.
  • Right-click a slot to remove someone.
  • Click the role icon on a slot to set Tank, Healer or DPS. Each raid keeps its own roles.
  • Your character is added automatically to raids you create.

Composition

  • Shows raid size, the tank/healer/DPS count, and a count for each class, with missing classes greyed out.

Planned raids

  • Plan and save as many raids as you want.
  • Each raid is a color-coded card showing its date, time, filled spots, role split, owner and whether you can edit it.

Guild sync

  • Raid plans sync automatically to every guild member who has Warbanner.
  • Members who were offline catch up when they log in, from any guildmate online with the addon.
  • Sync uses hidden addon messages, so nothing appears in chat.
  • Deleted raids are removed for everyone and won't come back from an old copy.
  • A status line shows sync activity, how many guildmates with Warbanner are online, and who made the last change.

Owners and coordinators

  • The person who creates a raid owns it and can add or remove coordinators from the roster.
  • Coordinators can edit the raid like the owner.
  • Everyone else sees the raid as view-only.

Raid tools

  • Invite Raid: invites everyone in the plan who's online and turns your group into a raid automatically.
  • Arrange Groups: moves people already in your raid into their planned groups.
  • Announce: posts the raid details in guild chat.
  • Clear Plan: resets the raid you're editing.

Commands

  • /warbanner or /wbn opens and closes the window.
