Improve

• Refreshed look: the window, cards and side menu now use Blizzard's current frame art with a solid background
• Dropdowns and scroll bars use Blizzard's newer style, and long lists like the End Date day picker now scroll
• Text boxes line up with their labels and look greyed out when disabled

Fix

• Setting a goal by typing an amount now unlocks the End Date options right away
• Settings tab not scrolling all the way down
