The sync channel looks after itself.
- Whoever has been in the sync channel longest becomes its owner, and an owner can kick, ban or lock it. Wanted now says in chat who did what, rejoins after a kick, and when it's locked out keeps syncing by whisper with the players it last heard there while it tries the channel again every five minutes.
