Wanted: Dead or… Dead

World PvP tracking for WoW Forever. Every kill and death you see goes on the record, shared player to player, and ends up on the leaderboards at wanteddeadordead.com.

Track every fight

• Kills and deaths, named. Your kills, your deaths and who killed you (from the game's death recap), and the deaths around you, recorded as they happen.
• Confirmed, not claimed. A kill counts on the boards once another player's records back it up, so nobody can pad their numbers from one computer.
• Leaderboards for kills, deaths, streaks, guilds and zones, for both factions or one, on wanteddeadordead.com.
• Battle reports for every big fight: total deaths, who was there, top killers, where they fell on the map, and the fight minute by minute.
• Live, with the desktop app. The optional Windows app posts the fight's deaths within a few minutes, without a /reload. It installs in seconds, needs no administrator and updates itself.
• Your nemesis. Who has killed you most, who you've killed most, and who you've fought most, on the Enemies page and on your player page.
• Wins and losses against every enemy you've met, in a sortable, searchable list.

Know who's around

• A small Nearby window: who's around, who's acting and who's out of sight, with class icons, guilds, levels, health and bounty gold.
• Alerts for new enemies, louder for Kill on Sight and bounty targets, a stealth alarm when your target vanishes, and a TARGETED warning that lists everyone on you.
• Hotspots: the zones where the enemy is right now, busiest first.
• Call for help tells Local Defense, your party or your guild where you are and who's on you.
• Kill on Sight and Ignore lists, and recent sightings on the world map.

Put a price on their head

• Bounties on an enemy player, or on every member of a guild. Hunters claim the kill, other players' clients witness it, and the poster pays by mail in one click.
• Kill proof: a stamped screenshot when your kill claims a bounty.
• Reputation from the record: hunters are rated on confirmed kills, posters on what they paid. Unpaid bounties show.
• Your wanted poster: every bounty the other faction has put on you, on a poster to screenshot and share.

How it works

Copies of the addon on your faction share what they see over a hidden in-game channel, with no server in game and no middleman. Each copy keeps the full record and fills in what it missed from whoever is online. The addon never posts in General or Trade; it only sends chat when you press Call for help yourself.

The optional desktop app uploads your records, signed with a key that stays on your computer, so your kills can confirm other players' and theirs can confirm yours. It reads only Wanted's own saved data and the game's combat log, never other addons' data.

Get started

1. Install the addon and play world PvP with it on.
2. Open it with /wanted or the minimap button. Right-click the minimap button for the Nearby window.
3. On Windows, get the app from wanteddeadordead.com/app to put your kills on the leaderboards.
