v1.2.0 (2026-10-09)

Full Changelog Previous Releases

  • Rewrite README for 1.2.0: setup, reading the lights, options by tab
  • Centralise defaults in DB_DEFAULTS and adopt the tuned settings
One table now holds every default and is filled into missing keys on
load, replacing the long per-key block. Values come from the author's
live settings: transparent borderless forecast backdrop, slot spacing 9,
    status slot 16 x 24 with a 1px gap, smooth colours and prune-on-zone on.
Locked stays off and the debug window stays shown.
A fresh install puts the forecast frame at screen centre and the debug
window just right of it (anchored to it until first dragged).
  • Locked frames are fully click-through: hide the debug Options button too
  • Debug window: Options button at the bottom (same as /vsh)
  • Describe layout geometry as along / across the layout axis
Status slot size is now total size along x across instead of screen
width x height, and stacking is Across / Along instead of Opposite /
Same. Slot spacing and alignment are relabelled to match. A layout set
up horizontally now looks the same, rotated, when switched to vertical.
  • Status slot: total width/height and stack direction option
The charge lights now split a configurable total width x height instead
of being fixed squares, and can stack opposite to the main layout (the
default, as before) or the same way. Defaults 11 x 24 with a 2px gap
    reproduce the previous horizontal look.
  • Split status and prediction lights; layout alignment; CDM debug line
The forecast frame is four logical slots: status, N+1, N+2, N+3. The
status slot holds one light per Void Shield charge, stacked across the
layout axis (column when horizontal, row when vertical), each with the
    proc glow at the cap.
Status and prediction lights are customised separately (texture, size,
border; colours and stack spacing for status). Slot spacing and an
alignment option (start / center / end across the layout axis, end being
the old bottom alignment) live in a new Layout tab.
The debug window reports whether the Cooldown Manager tracks the Void
Shield buff, rechecked once a second alongside the PW:S slot scan.
  • 12.1 only; four-light forecast with charges light and proc glow
Drop 12.0.7: Interface 120100, 120105 (matching current addons) and fix
the deck at 4 casts / 2 charges instead of detecting the build.
Forecast frame now has one light per card: charges, N+1, N+2, N+3. The
charges light replaces LAST and is split into bottom (1st) and top (2nd)
halves. At 2 charges with a possible proc on the next Penance it plays
    Blizzard's action-bar proc-loop flipbook, a reminder to spend a charge
before the proc is wasted. The flipbook is C-driven, so no OnUpdate.
Predictor gains getProbAhead(k), generalising the old N+2 lookahead.
  • Support 12.1: 4-card Penance deck, 2 Void Shield charges
12.1 makes Penance a 4-card deck (25%), lets Void Shield hold 2 charges,
and adds Mind Blast as a deterministic proc source that never turns a
deck card. Detect the client from GetBuildInfo and drive the predictor,
history block colouring and consistency check off DECK_SIZE.
Exact 1-vs-2 charge count comes from Blizzard's Cooldown Manager (only
asking whether the stack text is secret); otherwise it is inferred from
Mind Blast and Void Shield casts. With an exact count, a Penance proc
landing on an existing charge is classified instead of unknown.
Ported from Void Shield Tracker v2.3.0. Forecast UI unchanged; the debug
    window shows the charge count.
