1.2.12 - Upgrade arrows only on gear you can actually use: no more arrows on off-hands while holding a two-hander, shields for classes that can't use them, other specs' gear, or pieces that would break your tier set bonus. Trinkets now need to out-level both of yours (or, with VoidGear, are ranked for your spec), and with VoidGear gear is compared by your spec's stat priority.
