Void Shield Proc

When you proc Void Shield an icon shows up on your screen while the buff lasts it also tracks how many Penance casts you have until the next one(min-max)
The icon can be moved by drag and dropping it
You can resize the icon with /vsp size 64(or any other number)
You can set it's alpha between 0-1 with /vsp alpha 0.5
If Blizzard adds Void Shield procs in the future to the tracked buffs etc, this will be quite redundant.
