A Minecraft inspired UI where the Hearts are representing your health, Armor is showing the lowest durability item so you know when to repair and Hunger bar represents your Well fed buff.
To fit the icons into the UI, I used 100% UI elements and just dragged the bars into it using edit mode.
For 1080p or if you prefer a less obstructive UI, use /minecraftui size to toggle between 2 or 3 extra actionbars
