✅ Completely redesigned interface:

• Custom-built interface from the ground up, lighter and with no external library dependencies.
• Spells and auras now show icon, name, and all controls in a single line, which automatically reflows when you resize the window.
• Rounded-corner icons, redesigned toggle switches, and a new header with logo — an overall much more polished look.

✅ Debug mode in its own window:

• Debug mode no longer spams the chat window: it now opens in its own dedicated window, showing in real time what's about to be spoken, what has been spoken, and what has been discarded.

✅ Prioritize and filter announcements:

• Assign a priority (1-5) to each spell or aura: higher-priority announcements are spoken before ones that have been waiting longer in the queue.
• Enable "Name only" on "ready" announcements so it just says the spell name, without adding "Ready" at the end.
• Automatically discards announcements that have been waiting too long in the queue (configurable in seconds, or disable it by setting it to 0), so you never hear an outdated announcement in the middle of combat.
• Also discards a "ready" announcement if you cast the spell again before it gets its turn to be spoken.
