Removes the non-functional nameplate sparkle feature. Only VendorPlus.lua was changed.

Removed

• Nameplate sparkles around limited-stock vendors, including /vp npcsparkle and its help text.
• Limited-stock vendor tracking code and nameplate event registration.
• Saved settings npcSparkle and limitedNPCs are deleted on login.

Note: Sparkle borders on limited-stock rows inside the vendor window are unaffected.

A full visual redesign of the window, plus support for a newer game client. Both VendorPlus.lua and the .toc file were changed.

Changed

• New dark navy theme with blue accents, flat panels, and thin borders throughout the window, including the quantity picker, switcher bar, and search box.
• Added a stat card showing item counts and contextual status text. Moved the search box into the card and added a SEARCH label.
• Replaced button tabs with underline-style Merchant and Buyback tabs.
• Updated columns to Item, Cost, Min Buyout, Region Avg, and Sold/Day, with data columns right-aligned.
• Replaced the sort icon with a small green arrow beside the active header.
• Added a slim custom scrollbar. Mouse wheel scrolls two rows per notch.
• Converted the switcher bar into a segmented control. Clicking the active view does nothing.
• Changed the default font to the game's own font, with light text and muted grey labels. Title is 20 pt and headers are 12 pt. /vp font works as before.
• Increased window height to fit the stat card and tabs.
• Refined colours for prices, stock counts, placeholders, and chat messages.
• Adjusted limited-stock row sparkles to spread evenly across each row.
• Added interface 120105 to the .toc. Supported interfaces: 120000, 120001, 120105.

Added

• Quality-coloured borders around item icons.
• Lime bar on rows where the region average sale price exceeds the vendor price.
• Taller Buy Limited button with a blue accent.
