## Added
- Nameplate debuffs can be moved: above the bar (left, centered, right), left or right of the bar, or below it. Size and horizontal/vertical offset apply to the moved row. Which debuffs appear is still decided by the game.
- The position is re-applied whenever the game re-anchors the debuff row.
- `/vtu plate debug` now also shows the debuff row of your target's nameplate.

## Changed
- The "Quest nameplates" options page is now called "Nameplates" (quest status, level display and debuffs).
