Vamooses Neighbors

### Added
- The Directory header and the map title now show which subdivision of your guild neighborhood you're standing in (for example "Southfury Ridge - Subdivision 10"), matching the number in Blizzard's House Finder. Public neighborhoods aren't numbered by the game, so no tag appears there.

### Changed
- The main window is now built the first time you open it instead of at login, so logging in and reloading are a touch lighter. Opening it works exactly as before; if you happen to open it mid-combat for the very first time, it waits until you leave combat.
- Friend houses in the Directory now show the Battle.net **friend's name** beside each house instead of a BattleTag. Sorting the Friends list by
  that column groups a friend's houses together by name.

### Fixed
- The Friends tab could show the wrong owner against a house -- about half of them
  -- labelling a house owned by one friend with a different friend's identity. Each
  house is now attributed to the exact friend it was fetched for, so the name shown
  is always correct.
