FIXED:
- XP Observer: Fixed XP display showing wrong house's value after switching
  houses in the dropdown. The Store could hold stale XP from the previous house,
  contaminating the Observer's per-house tracking. Observer now uses session-
  tracked favor only, never the shared Store.
- XP Observer: Season detection now catches transitions even when the client
  clock hasn't quite passed the predicted end time
