NEW:
- Seed Observer from Classic: new button in Config tab lets you backfill Observer
  XP with whatever Classic has already calculated. Useful if you recently switched
  to Observer mode or upgraded from an older version and Observer shows 0 XP.
- Observer mode tooltip now hints about the Seed button if XP doesn't look right

IMPROVED:
- Observer XP values are now rounded to whole numbers (no more 748.547... display)
- Clicking the Seed button immediately refreshes the UI (no need to toggle tabs)
