Upgrade Tooltip by DistillNote

First release.

• An item's tooltip shows our estimate of its upgrade % for your spec: "Estimate: +3.2% for Arms (PvE)", green for an upgrade, red for a downgrade. It's the same DPS change the free sim at distillnote.com/sim shows, from the sim's stat weights.
• Hold Shift for the detail: every spec of your class, both slots for rings, trinkets and one-handers, the DPS behind the %, and where the numbers come from.
• The spec is chosen from your talents, or set it in the settings (the game's options under AddOns, or /dnup). Under level 60 the estimate uses the level-60 weights and says so; you can turn it off there.
• No estimate for healers yet, and no PvP estimate yet.
• Reads only your equipped gear and talents. Never your character's name, realm or bags, and sends nothing anywhere.
