Blizzard recently changed the Classic Interface API to bring it closer to retail API code. This broke the unitscan addon. Since the original unitscan ( CURSEFORGE: unitscan ) addon no longer works, since 1.3.0 I added directly into unitscanData (this addon) a modified and fixed version (not stand-alone) of unitscan.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
The original behaviour of unitscan CAN NO LONGER BE REPRODUCED (atm).
Expecially if you're playing HC:
THIS ADDON WILL NOT WORK AS IT USED TO.
Version 1.3.0 is just a bug fix to avoid lua errors and to try to give alert of nearby dangerous mobs when it can detect it.
This version now use nameplates to detec mob: unitscanData CAN TRAK MOBS ONLY BY NAMAPLATES (or mouse-over). If mob is near you but it has no nameplate on it, no warning will be rise.
