-Identified and fixed an issue, that falsely triggered the
communication check fallback multiple times & thus ignoring
the safeguard, resulting disrupted chat channel order for some
players. 

If your current first slot is occupied by the addon's channel, you
need to manually drag it down for this change to take effect.
-The target frame will no longer show up when the player is in
a raid or dungeon while someone in the group is in combat.
-The target frame will no longer show up when the player is
affected by the following effects:
• Ice Block
• Feign Death
• Vanish
• Flask of Petrification
