-Fixed behaviour:
Switching between targets of the same unit type, will no longer
unnecessarily redraw the unit frame for a cleaner overall animation,
in addition switching between targets of a different unit type will
also not redraw the unit frame, but instead dynamically adjust
the frame size and text.
