• Fixed offline raid/party members causing custom raid frames to flicker, repaint constantly, or display unstable health-bar colours.
• Offline players now render as stable OFFLINE bars and clear stale HoT, mana, rest, buff/debuff, and incoming-heal overlays.
• Reduced health-bar colour flicker by only showing missing-buff colours on near-full-health players, so damaged players stay coloured by actual health.
• Reapplied Underheal health colours after Blizzard compact-frame health updates, preventing Blizzard's repaint from fighting Underheal's custom frame colours.
